Terms of Service

Terms of Service Last Updated: September 2026

1. Agreement to Terms By accessing the website at defamationalert.com, you are entering into a binding agreement with Zoogle Media, operating as Defamation Alert ("we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Scope of Services & Compliance Defamation Alert provides B2B incident response, platform compliance consulting, and forensic reputation strategies. We operate strictly within the bounds of third-party platform policies. We do not offer, endorse, or engage in "review manipulation," the creation of falsified engagement, the purchase of reviews, or the circumvention of automated platform security filters. All strategies provided are designed solely to audit data and present factual disputes regarding established platform Terms of Service.

3. User Obligations and Accuracy of Information By requesting a forensic audit or interacting with our firm, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your business and the specific digital crisis you are facing. You confirm that you have the legal authority to represent the business entity seeking our services.

4. No Guarantee of Platform Adjudication Our services rely on submitting highly documented, factual appeals to third-party platforms (such as Google and Yelp). While we utilize extensive forensic documentation and align our briefs with platform precedent, the final adjudication of any dispute rests entirely with the respective platform's internal Trust & Safety and legal departments. Zoogle Media does not guarantee the removal, alteration, or suppression of any specific user-generated content.

5. Intellectual Property All original content, text, graphics, and methodology frameworks (including The Brand Integrity Protocol™) on this website are the intellectual property of Zoogle Media and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or mirrored on any other server without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Zoogle Media, its directors, or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of corporate revenue, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, or the outcome of third-party platform decisions, even if Zoogle Media has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zoogle Media is registered, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

8. Contact Us For any questions or legal inquiries regarding these Terms of
