Yelp protects reviews aggressively. We use their own Terms of Service against them to force a takedown.

We scrutinize the review text against Yelp’s strict "Relevance" guidelines. If the content contains hearsay, character attacks, or disputes unrelated to the direct customer experience, it is technically ineligible for publication.

We do not use the standard "Report" flag. We draft a formal Terms of Service violation claim, specifically challenging the reviewer’s "First-Hand Consumer Experience" as required by Yelp’s Content Protocols.

We bypass the general support queue and route the challenge directly to Yelp’s User Operations team for manual adjudication, monitoring the case until the violation is suppressed or removed.
